Get your AI support agent up and running in 5 minutes. Follow this step-by-step guide to create and deploy your first bot.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Sign up for a free KyroChat account. No credit card required.
- Visit kyrochat.com and click "Get Started"
- Enter your email and create a password
- You're ready to go!
Step 2: Create Your First Bot
Set up your AI support agent in under 2 minutes.
- Click "Create New Bot" from your dashboard
- Give your bot a name (e.g., "Support Assistant")
- Choose an AI model (GPT-4 recommended for best results)
- Set your bot's personality and tone
- Click "Create Bot"
Step 3: Upload Your Knowledge Base
Train your bot with your business information.
- Navigate to the Knowledge Base tab
- Upload documents (PDFs, DOCs) about your products/services
- Add URLs from your website or help center
- Create Q&A pairs for common questions
- Wait 1-2 minutes for processing
Step 4: Customize Your Widget
Match your brand with custom colors and styling.
- Go to the Widget Customization tab
- Choose your brand colors
- Set the widget position (bottom-right recommended)
- Write a welcome message
- Preview your changes in real-time
Step 5: Deploy on Your Website
Add KyroChat to your site with a simple code snippet.
- Copy the embed code from the Deploy tab
- Paste it before the closing </body> tag in your HTML
- Or use our WordPress/Shopify plugins
- Save and publish your website
- Your bot is now live!
