A message is any interaction between your AI bot and a visitor. This includes both visitor questions and bot responses. Multi-turn conversations count each exchange as separate messages.
You have two options: upgrade to a higher plan, or enable pay-per-use overage. With overage enabled, you'll be charged $0.01 per extra message, $0.10 per MB of storage, or $5 per additional bot.
Our Free plan is always available with 50 messages/month. For paid plans, you can start with a 14-day free trial to test all features before committing.
