- Erasure requests: Require an operator-approved retention and deletion process
- Portability: Available formats depend on the implemented export path
- Consent: Widget notices and customer-side consent remain deployment responsibilities
- Data location: Determined by the selected hosting and database regions; EU residency is not implied
